with local produce where possible. You will find lots of useful information
leaflets in the cottage about where to go and what to do and you
are welcome to borrow the Ordnance Survey maps of the surrounding
area.

to the environment and hope you will support us in our recycling

Access
Statement: The cottage is accessed from the gravelled parking area over a slate
patio. A cobbled and paved path leads to the
outside shower room and there is one step up to the lawn. There
is a small
pond and a well in the garden. Inside, the original slate floor
is uneven and partly covered with rugs. Because of the beams,
headroom is restricted in the living room (6ft max). A twisting wooden
staircase
with handrails leads upstairs to a landing with a step into the
bedroom
and a step to the bathroom. The old wooden floorboards in the
bedroom slope and there are bedside rugs. Electric sockets are at
skirting
board level apart from in the kitchen where they are at worktop
level.
